The CORO Southern California Youth Fellows Program is offered full-time over six weeks in the summer and provides immersive leadership development for rising high school juniors and seniors.

Through Leadership seminars students will develop self-awareness, effective communication, and critical thinking skills. Internship placement provides direct exposure to local institutions and real-world job experience, while logic study challenges participants to delve into the inner workings of a specific system in Los Angeles. Focus days round out the experience, allowing students to collaborate, build relationships, and practice strategic thinking.
