About

Penn SAS High School Programs’ Pre-College Residential Program offers academically curious rising 11th and 12th-grade students the opportunity to enroll in real undergraduate courses at the University of Pennsylvania while living on campus. Students participate in college-level classes in a wide range of disciplines alongside Penn undergraduates, gaining full access to campus life in Philadelphia. The residential format requires students to live in campus residence halls, immersing them in university culture and academics. International students are welcome and may require visa sponsorship. (For students unable to attend residentially UPenn also offers a series of online seminar courses.) While the program is intense and immersive, it is not open-enrollment — admission is selective and applicants must demonstrate readiness. Designed for those ready to explore a rigorous Ivy League environment, this program offers a genuine residential college experience at one of America’s leading research universities.
