High school students from Robeson County are invited to participate in the Geo-Health Science Saturdays program. These programs are free for students and are designed to introduce you to geoscience and environmental health issues in Robeson County, N.C. The UNC-Chapel Hill Institute for the Environment and UNC-Pembroke are partnering to provide two Geo-Health Science Saturdays during the 2025-26 school year.

Students will participate in unique, hands-on science activities, and will hear from scientists and professionals and learn about career and educational opportunities in geoscience and environmental health fields.

This program is free and will take place in Robeson County.
