Harvard Summer School’s College Programs for High School Students offer high-schoolers an immersive opportunity to take actual Harvard courses while living on campus, commuting, or online. The programs include a 2-week non-credit Pre-College experience and more intensive 4- or 7-week Secondary School options for college credit. Students in the credit-bearing Secondary School Program can choose from over 200 college-credit courses in a wide range of subject areas—STEM, humanities, arts, and more—and join a global cohort of peers from numerous countries. Residential options include living in Harvard dorms with full campus access; commuting and online paths are available too. Applicants are evaluated on maturity and readiness and students must be at least 16 years old by the start of the program.
