About

The Diamond Challenge is an international, free-to-enter business innovation competition designed for high school students interested in entrepreneurship and problem-solving. Teams of 2 to 4 students (ages 14-18) are required to develop a concept and submit it to one of two tracks: Business Innovation or Social Innovation. Concepts cannot have generated more than $100,000 in revenue. The competition uses a criteria-based judging system. Finalists compete for a share of over $100,000 in scholarships and stipends. The top three teams in each track receive substantial cash prizes: $11,000 for first place, $7,000 for second, and $3,000 for third. Submissions are judged on Blue Ocean Creativity, Impact Potential, Commercial Viability, Scalability, and presentation quality.

Prizes Offered

$11,000 for 1st place in Social Innovation

$11,000 for 1st place in Business Innovation

$7,000 for 2nd place in both tracks

$3,000 for 3rd place in both tracks

A total prize pool of over $100,000 in scholarships and stipends is available for all finalists.
